Duties:

·        Answer customer emails/phone inquiries, provide status of orders

·        Issue quote

·        Data entry

·        Quotes

·        Purchase orders

·        Tracking information

·        Invoice purchase orders

·        Issue and manage RMAs in a timely manner

·        Maintain account aging/collect past due invoices

·        Maintain supplier scorecard

·        Update customer extranet

·        Provide customer forecast

·        Create ad-hoc reports

·        Maintain inventory levels/consignment

·        Place orders with headquarters in Switzerland

·        Assist in administrative duties

·        Coordinate with Sales/Eng

 

Preferred:

·        MS Office 2003 and 2007

·        Intermediate Excel

·        SAP experience

·        Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Management
