We respect your professional choices and abilities.
- If your shift is cancelled at your first choice facility, we will call every facility on your designated list seeking to get you rebooked. We will not stop until every one of your requested facilities has been contacted, each and every time. As temporary healthcare employees, we understand the importance of getting your hours on the days you request.
- We promise to provide you with as much information as possible about the facility that you are booked. We will do everything in our power to provide you with accurate information regarding parking, location of the staffing office, facility protocols, facility paperwork, etc. We understand the anxiety that comes with walking on to a new unit for the first time.
